Park Avenue Medical is proud to present our practice history to you, our patients. Dr. Shaw acquired the practice in the mid 1980’s and as the Apopka area grew, Dr. Perez joined the practice in 1996. As the practice continued to grow, Physician Assistant Kelly Stobbe joined the group, Dr. Lugo was added in 2010 and Dr Eliancin in 2012.
